Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of access, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Visitor statistics
With your consent, I use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read and from roughly which country. Google may process this data in the United States and other countries. If you decline in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage consent” button. The cookies involved are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Comments
If you leave a comment, I store your name, your email address, an optional website, and the text of your comment. Your email address is not published. Comments are checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic, which receives the comment content and technical details such as your IP address for that purpose. Comments stay on the site until I delete them or you ask me to remove them.

Comment avatars
Profile pictures next to comments come from Gravatar, also a service of Automattic. To show your picture, a coded version of your email address is sent to Gravatar.

Contacting me
If you email me, I use your address only to reply, and I keep the correspondence for as long as needed.

Fonts
The site uses fonts from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Share buttons
With your consent, the share buttons at the end of articles load content from AddToAny and LinkedIn, which may set cookies. More details are in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights
You can ask me for access to your personal data, for correction or deletion, or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@andriana-mourti.ch. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to the data protection authority in your own country.
